This large footstool was a special commission by Hen & Crask Interior Design. The frame is Beech with a clear wax applied and the fixed upholstery is deep buttoned in a tangerine coloured velvet.
Ashmolean
It was a great privilege to be asked to do some work for Ashmolean in Oxford recently. I worked on a number of pieces that can be found in various galleries around the museum, some of which date back to the 1860s.

This sofa was purchased at auction and was in some need of a little tic! But it came up beautifully. The fabric is from Nile & York.

This chair is covered in 'Pretty Maids' by Vanessa Arbuthnott. The fabric is light and fresh and lifts the chair letting the detailing in the wood stand out.
